Enrollment opens to the public February 1, 2020 for the 2020-2021 school year. Returning families have priority until January 31.
Please fill out one form per child. You will be asked basic questions about yourself, your child and the person who will be volunteering in the classroom one day a week for this child.
The non-refundable application fee of $50/Family is due with this form.
Note: This fee is per family. If you have paid this fee already this year, you do not have to pay it again for an additional child.
You may complete the entire process online using the form below and will have the option to pay by cash, check or online.
If you would prefer to complete our pdf form and mail it in, please download the application form here.
About the online payment method
If you choose online payment, you will have a choice of paying by credit card or using your PayPal account.
You do not need a PayPal account to use our payment system. After clicking “Place Order”, fill out the information under “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and click “Continue”. You will be asked for your credit card and will receive a receipt from the payment system once the payment goes through.
