Enrollment is open for both this school year and 2022-23.
Priority is determined by the date the applicant returns the application and application fee.
Please note: Space in our 3-day class for 2022-2023 is extremely limited. Please check with our membership chair for current status and options.
Please fill out one form per family.
You will be asked to confirm that your child is within the age range for the class you have chosen. If you have questions about that age range, please discuss the issue with our membership chair.
The non-refundable application fee or waitlist fee is due with this form.
The annual application fee of $50 is per family, per school year.
- 2022-2023 school year: Everyone applying for 2022-2023 classes owes the fee.
- 2021-2022 school year:
- If you are new to the school, the fee is required.
- If you are currently a member and simply adding another child for this year, you do not have to pay this fee again. Be sure to check the “already paid” option before submitting the form.
Waitlist: If the class you would like to attend is full, you may put your child on a waitlist by paying the $25 waitlist fee. That amount will be applied to the application fee when the class opens up.
You may complete the entire process online using the form below and will be able to pay by credit card or PayPal account.
About the online payment method
If you choose online payment, you will have a choice of paying by credit card or using your PayPal account.
You do not need a PayPal account to use our payment system. After clicking “Place Order”, fill out the information under “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and click “Continue”. You will be asked for your credit card and will receive a receipt from the payment system once the payment goes through.
APPS is a non-profit and operates on a modest budget. An online convenience fee is added to the application fee, and you will see a charge for $51.44. The waitlist fee does not have the convenience fee included because it is a partial payment.
APPS does not discriminate on the basis of national or ethnic origin, religion, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or language in its admission policies, administration of programs, recruitment and staffing.
